CT Brewery Glasses in my Front Yard
This is my companion piece to the Connecticut Wine Tour Glasses in my Backyard artistic statement. I honestly have no idea how many pint glasses I’ll get, but hey… I have one and that’s enough at this point.
1. Thomas Hooker Brewery (Bloomfield) Glass in front of late autumn dead rubrum grass:
Very nice pint glass. Solid logo, great tagline: “Connecticut’s Beer.” This will be used in the CTMQ household.5 out of 5.

2. Cottrell Brewing Company Bottle (Pawcatuck/Stonington) on mulch in front of some little green evergreen shrubs I bought last year. This is the only beer Cottrell brews with their own imprint, and since I was given this Old Yankee Ale for free by the brewmaster…
I must say it’s a handsome bottle evoking Stonington’s fisherman past, present, and future. 5 out of 5.

3. Calvary Brewing Company (Oxford) on the last patch of snow in 2011.
Sharp. The guy who runs Calvary is a veteran, so I’d stupid to give anything less than 5 out of 5.
