Mailing List, RIP

Sorry folks, this mailing list thing has died. It’s just a little too 2006 for me. But I’ll keep this page up because I love the picture of Damian below. Seriously, I have a Facebook page now. And a Twitter feed. And anyone can handle RSS and/or bookmarking the site.

Apparently many CTMQ fans aren’t hip to things like RSS feeds, Google Readers and/or Twitter accounts. And they just can’t remember to set CTMQ as a favorite and and check the home page for the new posts. Admittedly, this blog is set up in a unique way so following every update can be difficult. As a result, there has been a push to reinstitute the old-school bi-weekly (or so) email blasts updating people on the latest blog posts. I was floored with the response from people wanting the emails.

So, if you are one of those people, click on the “Contact CTMQ” button directly to the right of this sentence and up an inch and let me know. Luddite.

“Aaahhhh! People want MORE email?!”

Love your website, particularly the defunct museum page. Is Connecticut peculiar to creating museums? Something in the human condition I guess. Hope you join facebook. Learned about your blog through Visit Connecticut. :)

    thank you.
